Skilled professionals are becoming harder to find - this is one of the biggest challenges companies face today.

At MeKo we realized a few years ago that we needed to rethink how we develop talent. That’s when Jasmin Maaz joined us, launching new apprenticeship and dual-study programs, and many employees stepped up as instructors.

This week, we welcomed Maike Bielfeldt, Chief Executive of IHK Hannover, to discuss the future of workforce development. We explored how companies and institutions can collaborate to inspire and train young talent. As fellow board members of IdeenExpo GmbH, Ms. Bielfeldt and our CEO Jakob Dohse know how crucial it is to invest in the next generation now.
