Precision is our Profession
We offer a variety of high-precision laser processing methods and post-processing procedures from a single source. In addition to two-dimensional laser cutting of sheets, we also cut three-dimensional components and tubes.
Our laser welding systems operate in both 2D and 3D. For screens, filters, and perforated sheets, we create a wide range of component, hole, and slot geometries using laser drilling. For marking, we provide a variety of methods through laser engraving.

We manufacture devices for our global customers across all industrial sectors. To date, we have produced over 100,000 different parts from metal alloys and other materials, including 3D components, thin cutting plates and counter plates, tube processing parts, screens and filters, and medical devices.

CAD/CAM
NC Programming of 3D Components
- Integration of 3D CAD Data: Acceptance of 3D CAD data (*.dxf, *.dwg, *.iges, *.step, Catia).
- Programming and Simulation: Programming and simulation of the cutting contour using 3D CAD/CAM software. Teaching the Cutting
- Contour: Teaching the cutting contour based on provided components.
Fixture Construction
Automatic Fixture Creation: Automatic creation of a suitable holding fixture based on the CAD model.
Sheet Metal Laser Cutting 2D
With our fiber laser and CO2 laser systems, we achieve particularly precise laser material processing.
We process:
- Sheets up to 20 mm thickness
- Thin sheets up to 3 mm
- Structural steels up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm (oxide-free), aluminum up to 12 mm, brass up to 6 mm
- Large format up to 3,000 x 1,500 mm
- Metal foils starting from 10 µm
Laser Cutting 3D / Tube Machining
You can count on our proven laser cutting quality even for complex three-dimensional components. We process pre-formed sheet metal parts with the highest precision and speed, including deep-drawn parts, tubes, and components from the automotive or mechanical engineering sectors.
- Working area: 2.600 x 1.100 x 700 mm
- Maximum diameter: 260 mm
Laser Drilling
With laser drilling, MeKo creates a variety of component, hole, and slot geometries for screens, filters, and perforated plates. Tiny holes in the micron range are just as possible as large ones in the millimeter range, regardless of the material, such as steel, stainless steel, or ceramic. High precision is guaranteed - even at high perforation speeds.
Laser Welding
Our laser systems enable precise laser welding in both 2D and 3D, even with delicate components, achieving tightly sealed weld seams.
Mechanical Processing
In addition to laser processing, MeKo offers numerous mechanical machining services. This allows for finished components to be sourced from a single provider:
- Drilling, countersinking, tapping, reaming, etc.
- Straightening up to a width of 1,000 mm
- CNC bending with a maximum length of 3,000 mm
- Sandblasting
- Vibratory finishing
- Surface finishing using grinding machines
- Conventional welding of complex parts (MIG/MAG, TIG)
- Spot welding
3D-Printing
Prototype Development with 3D Printing
Projects that can be implemented with other manufacturing processes benefit from the faster production cycles of 3D printing. This significantly accelerates prototype development and custom manufacturing.

MeKo's machine park and extensive material inventory also enable the production of time-critical components with the highest precision.

Easy Transition to Serial Production
Prototypes are manufactured at MeKo just like serial parts. This allows for prototype production similar to series production and enables quick and efficient transitions.

MeKo's toolmaking process, from design to tool application, is carried out in-house. This saves time and ensures the necessary precision to produce components of the highest quality.
