Our Partners
MeKo specializes in laser material processing and post-processing. To offer our customers a wide range of parts with extensive manufacturing depth, we collaborate with subcontractors from various manufacturing sectors, including turning, milling, water jet cutting, painting (powder, wet paint), hardening, surface finishing (zinc plating, bluing, QPQ, anodizing, etc.).
With MeKo, you get comprehensive solutions tailored to your needs, ensuring that your parts are manufactured and refined to the highest standards.
Mechanical Processing
After laser material processing, the parts are further processed in our in-house mechanical manufacturing facility.
Mechanical Manufacturing Processes
- Drilling
- Flat and countersinking
- Reaming
- Thread cutting
- Threaded inserts
- Thread forming (Flow-Drill)
- Stud welding
- Vibratory finishing
- Belt grinding for surface finishing
- Sandblasting ...
Bending
Whether using toggle presses or CNC-controlled bending machines, MeKo employs various methods to shape parts after laser cutting.
MeKo Bending Processes
- CNC bending
- Swivel bending
- Round bending

Straightening
Many sheet metal parts require high flatness. With a servo-hydraulic roll straightening machine, the sheets are precisely straightened before and/or after laser cutting.
Flatness of < 1 mm/m is achieved.
Conventional Welding
MeKo utilizes various conventional welding methods to assemble laser-cut parts into components.
MeKo's Welding Processes
- MIG/MAG
- TIG
- Stud welding

Laser Marking
In the industry, precision and reliability are paramount. With our state-of-the-art laser marking technology, we set new standards in the customization of parts. Rely on our expertise and experience the benefits of our tailored solutions.
Why Laser Marking for Industrial Parts?
- Highest Precision: Our laser marking machines operate with micron-level precision. This ensures clear, legible, and permanently durable markings – even on the smallest parts.
- Versatile Material Processing: Whether stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, or other industrial alloys – our laser marking adapts perfectly to the properties of each material and ensures optimal results.
- Permanent Marking: The engravings are resistant to mechanical stress, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Thus, important information such as serial numbers, batch numbers, or safety markings remain permanently readable.
- Efficiency and Flexibility: Our technology allows for fast processing times and flexible adjustments to meet the specific requirements of your production processes.
Application Possibilities
- Identification and Serial Numbers: Clear and durable markings for traceability and quality control.
- Safety and Warning Notices: Permanent markings that remain readable even under extreme conditions.
- Function Markings: Precise engravings for operating instructions and function symbols, helping users to use the parts correctly.
