Strengthening Partnerships Across Continents

We were thrilled to host our West Coast sales partners, Lori Heninger and Mark DiCello from 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, who represent MeKo in the Southwest and San Francisco Bay Area. They play an invaluable role as regional contacts for our clients in the USA, ensuring seamless support and insight close to home.

During their visit to our Sarstedt headquarters, we had the chance to review key workflows together and showcase our latest advancements, including our new Resoloy® foundry and insights into our materials research. To bring each other fully up to date, we successfully aligned our marketing strategies, discussed our lab services, and organized a small get-to-know-each-other with our new project managers and team members. Over lunches and dinners, we strengthened ties, ensuring smooth collaboration and seamless transitions for our clients.

We’re grateful for Lori and Mark's visit, and we’re already looking forward to our next meeting – perhaps on the other side of the Atlantic!
