For the first time in our 30-year history, MeKo is expanding beyond Germany, bringing our expertise in precision manufacturing to America. We are proud to introduce MeKo MedTech S.A., our new 15,000-square-foot facility located in the Metro Free Zone & Business Park in Heredia, Costa Rica. Our new facility is more than just an expansion – it is a commitment to enhancing service, optimizing production, and supporting innovation in the medical technology sector.
