Hypotubes
Hypotubes play a crucial role in various medical devices and procedures, especially in minimally invasive interventions. The flexibility can be precisely adjusted through the number of finely tuned slots, allowing adaptation to different anatomical requirements. Their ability to combine flexibility, strength, and precision makes them indispensable in modern healthcare.

Customized Flexibility
Through our innovative laser-cutting processes, each customers’ specific requirement is fine-tuned to the micrometer. If required, we can also vary the flexibility over the length of the hypotube: for instance, beginning with a rigid end and tapering to a highly bendable tip.
The cutting of slots along the longitudinal axis allows for a precise level of control over flexibility — ideal for minimally invasive surgical applications, where every detail matters. The result is a Hypotube that is not only exceptionally reliable but also durable.
